How reliable are Nissan GT-R transmissions?

I've heard mixed reviews about the transmission in the Nissan GT-R. Some say it's bulletproof, while others claim it's prone to failure. I'm considering buying a GT-R but I'm hesitant because of this. Can anyone shed some light on the reliability of the GT-R's transmission?

I've owned a GT-R for over 5 years and haven't had any issues with the transmission. As long as you're not trying to launch it at every stop light, it should be fine.
