What's the best tire pressure for off-roading in my Nissan Navara?

I recently bought a Nissan Navara and I'm planning on taking it off-roading. I've read conflicting information about the recommended tire pressure for off-roading. Some say to lower it, others say to keep it at the recommended pressure. What do you recommend?

For off-roading in your Nissan Navara, I recommend lowering the tire pressure by 5-10 psi. This will give you a wider contact patch and improve traction on rough terrain. However, make sure not to go too low as it can damage your tires and affect handling.

I have been off-roading in my Nissan Navara for years and I always keep my tire pressure at the recommended level. Lowering it may give you a bit more traction, but it can also increase your chances of getting a flat. Stick to around 30-35 psi for a good balance of grip and durability.
